Probate

His will is dated 6 May 1772 and proved on 8 June 1772 in Fairfield. He mentions his wife Abigail, his five sons, Silas, David, Hezekiah, Benjamin, and William, and his daughters, Abigail, Martha, Esther, and his granddaughter Phebe Booth^[1] (daughter to his decd daughter, Sarah^[2] who married Helkiah Booth^[3]).^[4]

His inventory was taken on 24 June 1772.^[5]
