Biography
Rachel Lee Hamblet was born about 1765, daughter of Morris Hamblett (~1740–~1780).
Rachel married Jesse Overton (born about 1761 in North Carolina; son of Aaron Overton and Mrs Mary (Hargo) Overton). Their children were:
- Aaron Overton (1789–1860)
- David Creek Overton (1795–1875)
Her other children were:
- Moses Overton (~1781–~1800)
- Jacob Overton (~1783–~1870)
- Aaron Overton (~1784–~1872)
- Moses Overton (1785–1840)
- John Overton (~1786–~1868)
Rachel died in 1824 in Virginia, United States, aged about 58.
