The profile at Ancestry.com has similar issues, with birth records from all over England and death records for several different woman with different last names.
Most researchers agree that the wife of Peter Field and mother of his children is still "unknown". [2][3][4]

I suspect the middle name is wrong. Middle names were uncommon before 1780. It sounds like this person was confused with the mother of General George Rogers Clark. Her name was also Ann Rogers Clark. She lived a century later.
