Silas Nevill was born in Canada West in 1810.

He married Ann Dennis on 27 Oct 1947 in Middlesex, Ontario. ^[1]

They had two daughters, Mary Ann and Eliza Jane.

He and his wife are cited on the registrations for all three of Mary Ann's marriages - to Peter Laur, to Abraham Sniveley, and to Samuel Locker.

Silas passed away 6 January 1894 and is buried in Smuck Cemetery, 55317 Jackson Line, Bayham, Ontario. ^[2]
