Biography

Susannah was born in 1820. Susannah Weiser was the daughter of John Jacob Weiser (1783 - 1837) and Mary Myers Weiser (1781 - 1854). She passed away in 1906, and was buried at Churchville Cemetery, Curllsville, Clarion County, Pennsylvania.^[1]

Mrs. Susanna Myers, probably the oldest lady in Sligo, where she had lived about twenty years, died at her home December 17, 1906, aged 86 years, 6 months and 7 days.

On account of her poor health the past couple years her mind was more or less affected and Andrew Wiser (her nephew, we understand) lived with and cared for her.

The deceased was the wife of Jacob Myers who preceded her to the world beyond twenty years ago.

Mrs. Myers was a true Christian woman and for over fifty years was an active and consistent member of the M. E. church.

Funeral services were conducted in the Sligo M.E. church by Rev. J.K. Adams and the body was interred at Churchville.
