Biography

Laura Emma Webster was born on 15 April 1807 at Bloomfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Ashbel Webster and Esther Bissell. She married Isaac P Carrier on 10 Oct 1827.^[1]

Isaac P. Carrier and his wife Emma were admitted to the South Glastonbury Congregational Church on 3 March 1839, by letter from the East Church in Avon, and they were dismissed on 28 March 1862 to Summerville, Jefferson, Pennsylvania.^{[2] [3]}

In 1860, Emma was living in Suffield, Hartford, Connecticut, with her son John, his family, and other of her children. Isaac is not present in the household.^[5]
