Minnie was born about 1841. She was the daughter of Patrick Burns and Margaret Millicent Hunt.
In the 1891 census Minnie (age 46) was the married lodger of Osborne Tippell at 81, Seymour Street, Paddington, London & Middlesex, England.[1]
