Biography
Clarence Wendell Cox was born in Richmond Furnace, Pennsylvania in April 1921. He married Catherine Rebecca Rencher in Jesterville, (Bivalve) MD in June 1948. Clarence Cox served in the US Navy from 1942 to 1962 as a Chief Petty Officer, Guided Missile Technician. He lived in White Sands, New Mexico, 1954 to 1960. He lived in Oak Valley, New Jersey and worked at Mobil Oil Corporation in Paulsboro, NJ from 1962 to 1982. He retired in 1982 and moved with Catherine Rebecca (Rencher) Cox to Nanticoke, MD. He passed away on May 25, 1988 and is buried in Edgewood Park (Oak Grove Church Cemetery) Wicomico County, MD. .[1]
