Biography

Ewart Buchan Walker was born 1879. ^[1]

He was the son of Byron Edmund Walker & Mary Alexander. ^[2]

He was a Lieutenant in The Queen's Own Rifles. ^[3]

He was an electrical engineer^[4] and invented the "wall tumbler switch" in 1910^[5].

He married Grace Mills, Toronto 1905. ^[2]

The resided at 5 Clarendon Crescent, Toronto. ^[6]

He acted as a police officer in Ontario's Civilian Defence Committee in 1941. ^[6]

Ewart died Toronto 1953. ^[1]
