Charles was born in 1856. Charles Wester^[1][2] He married Sarah Dodson 1 Nov 1882 in Polk, Oregon.^[3][4][5]

He passed away in 1920.^[6]

Trying to figure out the connection between Hiram Gibson and Charles Wester.
