Obituary -
Sula Roper, 73, of Ridgely, died Sunday at Ridgely Convalescent Center. She was a homemaker and sitter, a member of the Church of Christ and a member of Reelfoot Rural Ministry. Services will be at 10:30 am Tuesday in the Ridgely chapel of JW Curry and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lebanon Church of Christ Cemetery in Dresden. The family will receive visitors from 4-8 pm today at the funeral home. The widow of Lee Roy Roper, she leaves a son, Billy Roper of Ridgely, and a sister, Mary Nell Westbrook of Dresden. The family requests that any memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
