Biography
James was born on June 2,1865 in Howard County Missouri. James Lowe was the son of George Thomas and Mary Marguirite (nee Sims) Lowe. He moved from Missouri to Texas and there married Ella Teakell; daughter of John Randall Teakell and his wife Eliza (nee Welch).
