Biography

He was the son of the Hon. Major Frederick Howard and Frances Susan Lambton.^[1]He was born on the 1st of March 1814^[1]and baptised on the 24th of March 1814 at St. Nicholas', Brighton, Sussex, England.^[2]He married the Lady Fanny Cavendish, daughter of the Hon. Louisa O'Callaghan and the Hon. William Cavendish on the 1st of July 1837^[1]at Brentford, Middlesex, England.^[3]He died on the 28th of February 1897 at the age of 82 at Eastbourne, Sussex, England.^[4][5]
