Biography
When Frantiska Starovetzky was born on January 16, 1880, in Smolník, Košice, Slovakia, her father, Jakub Sztarovetsky , was 29, and her mother, Justina Zavilla, was 26. She married John (Johann) Wejak (1871-1932) on January 7, 1905, in Manhattan, New York. They had three children during their marriage. She died on September 15, 1967, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 87.
