Biography
William Thomas Portal, son of Richard Portal and his wife, Mary Woolston, was born 25 October 1816. [1]
On 9 August 1849 at St Mary Bryanston Sq he married Betsey Attenborough, daughter of George Attenborough. [2] [1]Betsey died 10 January 1856. [3]
On 28 August 1860 at Stow on the Wold he married widow, Frances Morgan, daughter of John Marshall, and widow of Arthur Morgan. [4] [1]
William died 12 October 1889. [1]
