John was born in 1796. He was the son of Hester Kemp He was living with his mother and other residents at Water Lane, Teddington, Middlesex, England in 1841[1] He married in 1842[2] He was living with his wife and children in Kingston, Surrey, England and working as a basket maker in 1851[3]
