I served with CSM Muuss during the time he was the Commandant of the 7th Army NCO Academy, in Bad Tolz, Germany. I also served with CSM Howard R Harrell who was the Commandant before CSM Muuss. It was an honor to be among those who trained and mentored our young men and women of the US Army. There was a lot of history there in Flint Kaserne, which was never taken for granted.
