Janet Sutherland was the daughter of William Sutherland of Duffus (b. c 1558, d. 1616). She was the second wife of Sir George Ogilvy, 1st Bt., (later 1st Lord Banff) by whom she had issue. On 30th July 1629 she complained to the Privy Council of his cruelty to her and her children.[1]
Janet Sutherland died after 31 August 1642.
