Barbara (Johnstone) Haldane was born after 1550 in Elphinstone, Haddingtonshire, Scotland, daughter of James Johnstone (<1531 - 1594) and Margaret (Ruthven) Johnstone (~1532 - <1564).
Her brother was Patrick Johnstone (~1552 - 1606).
Barbara married John Haldane (~1550 - ~1591)
Barbara died after 1591 in Gleneagles, Perthshire aged >41.
She was buried in Abbey St Bathan's Cemetery, Abbey Saint Bathans, Berwickshire, Scotland
