Taga was born on April 16, 1891 in Visby stadsförsamling and was christened on May 2 of that same year. Her parents were Maria Katrina Elisabeth Larsson and Karl Fredrik Blom.[1]
She lived with her parents and two sisters Rebecka and Ruth.[2]
