Biography

Lester Beardsley was born in 1786. He was the son of Joseph Beardsley and Elizabeth Gilbert. He passed away in 1834.^[1]

370. Lester 7 (Joseph 6 ---) born at Huntington, Conn. 3 Jan, 1782; died at Rochester NY 8 Sept. 1834/5; married 1805, Betsey Steele, daughter of Ashabel Steele of Derby Connecticut. He was an architect and builder and constructed many Government buildings at Georgetown, SC. Served in War of 1812
