Biography

Lucy Boughey was a member of the aristocracy in England.

She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Fletcher Fenton Boughey, 3rd Bt. and Louisa Paulina Giffard. She was born at Forton, Staffordshire, England in July 1845.^[1]She died in March 1922 at Oswestry, Shropshire, England.^[2]
