Biography

Samuel Cook was born about 1 October 1679 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, son of Isaac Cook (~1640 - 1692) and Elizabeth (Buxton) Cook (1640 - ~1690).^[1]

Samuel (~22) married Mary Small (24)(1677 - ) on 21 January 1702/3 in Salem.^[2] Their children included: Mary (Cook) Needham (1708 - 1788).

Samuel died shortly before 14 April 1718 (when the inventory of his estate was taken)^[3] in Salem aged 38.
