Biography
grad. Harvard 1719
Tombstone inscription: he was the 4 settled minister in the First Society of Stratford of the Presbyterian & Congregational denomination & executed the ministerial office in Sd place for more than 50 years which he performed with diligence & an honest heart to the end of his ministry
His will is dated 29 January 1761 with a codicil dated 9 March 1761 and another codicil dated 7 April 1761. Witnesses were sworn on 6 May 1761 in Stratford and it was proved on 18 June 1761 in Fairfield.[1]
His inventory was taken on 30 June 1761.[2]
