Julius Wiborg was born 9 July 1857 and christened 6 Sep 1857 at Trondheim, Sør-Trøndelag, Norge. He is the son of Henrik Wiborg and Ovidia Hogstad.[1][2]
Julius Wiborg married Anna Birgitte Espel on 6 Feb 1898 in Trondheim, Sør-Trøndelag, Norge. Her father was Erik Olsen Espel.[3]
A son, Arild was born 26 Oct and christened 9 Nov 1900 at Trondheim, Sør-Trøndelag, Norge to Julius Wiborg and Ane Birgitte Næss (born 1875). [4]
In the 3 December 1900 Census for Trondheim we find[5]:

Julius Wiborg - Father - head of household - born 1857 in Trondheim kjøpstad
Anna Birgitte Wiborg - Mother - born 1875 in Leinstranden
Arild Wiborg - Son - born 26 Oct 1900 in Trondheim kjøpstad
Julius Wiborg, age 51, and recorded as entering the country on 12 December 1906, registered Declaration of Intention for Naturalization #294 in Illinois, United States on 17 October 1908.[6] Arild and his mother passed through immigration for the first time on 20 Aug 1907 in New York, New York. The last name of Weborg (an Anglicized form that is pronounced as Norwegians pronounce Wiborg) was assumed. Naturalization was approved in 1915.[7]
In the 1910 US Census we find the following family living in Chicago Ward 15, Cook, Illinois, United States[8]:

Annie Wiborg Wife Female 34 Norway
Arild Wiborg Son Male 9 Norway
His son, Arild Weborg (born about 1900) and Elizabeth Wells (born about 1903) married on 11 Aug 1923 at Allegan, Michigan, United States. His parents were Julias Weborg and Anna Bjerkn. Her parents were Hal P Wells and Olive Fuchs.[9]
Julius Wiborg (born 9 Jul 1857) died on 16 Apr 1925 at age 67 at 2732 No Kimball Ave, Chicago, Cook, Illinois. His occuplation was civil engineer. He left a widow, Anna Wiborg.[10][11]
