There is a discharge dated 1 May 1599, by Elizabeth Irvine (with consent of James Ogilvie, apparent of Boyne, her spouce) to Alexander Irvine of Drum, her father, of all sums due by him to her. Footnote, Page 76, Forbes.

Elizabeth, married ante 22 February 1597, James Ogilvie, 5th of Boyne, and had issue. Page 1359, Burke.

James Ogilvy, 5th Baron of Boyne, died 1619, had on son, Walter his successor. James Charter 22 february 1597: "Jacobo Ogilvy, apparenti de Boyne, et Elizabeth Irvine, ejus spousae, terraum de Quhinter, Cavintoun, Kindrocht, et diemdietet terraum de Ardbragane".
