Agnes (Lowther) Kirkby was born in Lowther, Westmorland, England.
Birth
- Agnes was the daughter of John Lowther and Eleanor Fleming. She is believed to have been born at Lowther Hall, Lowther, Westmorland, England in 1607.
Marriage
- By settlement dated 31 August 1622, Agnes daughter of John Lowther of Lowther was married to Roger Kirkby junior of Kirkby Ireleth, Lancashire.[1] They had 13 children - five sons, and eight daughters:[2][3]

- John, married Margaret Palmer of Suffolk, died by 1664 without issue

- She died 18 March 1685 at Ashlack Hall near Grizebeck, Kirkby Ireleth, Lancashire, the home of her son William.[4]
