Biography

Anna Dostal was born about 1858 in Johnson County, Iowa. She is the daughter of Joseph Dostal and Rosala Danda. She married Anton Horsky in 1878^[1]. She married Vaclav Prokop Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1887^[2].

They appear to have moved to Sheridan County, Nebraska with Vaclav's parents and brother Joseph. There are three land patents from Saline County for "Vaclav Prokop" dated 29 Jul 1890^[3], and one dated 9 Aug 1897^[4].

She passed away in 1942.
