Biography

Alma was born in 1874. She is the daughter of William Peeler and Naomi Patton.

Elizabeth Peeler was enumerated as daughter at Precinct 3, Robertson County, Texas for the June 16, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as born 1875 in Mississippi and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self William M Peeler, wife Norma Peeler, daughter Cora Peeler, daughter Pearl Peeler, son Riley G Peeler and daughter Maggie Peeler.^[1]

Alma Arueth was enumerated as daughter of the head of household in Justice Precinct 6 (south part excl. Franklin School District), Robertson County, Texas for the June 4, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born September 1874 in Mississippi and widowed. She was the mother of one child and that child was still living as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head W M Peeler, wife Naomi Peeler, son Byron Peeler, son Bee Peeler and granddaughter Effie Arueth.^[2]

Alice A Arnett was enumerated as granddaughter [daughter] of the head of household at Justice Precinct 3, Robertson County, Texas for the May 21, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1875 in Mississippi and widowed as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head William Peeler, wife Naomi Peeler and daughter [granddaughter] Effie Arnett.^[3]

Alma Peeler Elliott is buried at Henry Prairie Cemetery in Henry Prairie, Robertson County, Texas, USA.^[4]
