Biography

Wellington was born on October 9, 1839[1] in New Brunswick. He was a son of Samuel and Mary Ann (McLaughlin) Mills of Burton Parish, Sunbury County. His parents were farmers.[2]

He married (1) Hannah Hill on October 27, 1864 in Sunbury County.[3]

Hannah passed way in 1886.[4]

He married (2) Mary Jane Goss on December 24, 1896 in Saint John County. She was a daughter of Richard Goss of Carleton.[2]

In 1900, they emigrated to the United States re-establishing themselves at Howland, Penobscot County, Maine.

He passed away on April 17, 1915 in Howland.[5] He was interred at the Howland Cemetery.[1]
