Biography
Daughter of Reuben Thornton Swinford (1835-1894) & Nancy Jane Cochran (1836-1883), Rebecca J Swinford was born in May 1867 in Ball Ground, Georgia. She married William L. Voyles on September 3, 1882, in Cherokee, Georgia.[1] She died in 1907 in Morgan, Tennessee, at the age of 40, and was buried in Oakdale, Tennessee.[2]
