Kicked to Death
William Ryan, of Willow Creek, was kicked by a horse last Thursday, from the effect of which he died about three hours afterwards. From what we can learn, Mr. Ryan was putting the horse in the pasture when the animal kicked him in the stomach, which resulted in his death.
Mr. Ryan is an old timer in the valley, having resided there for more than a decade and has many friends who will mourn his loss.
He leaves a wife and five children to grieve over his demise. He was buried in the New Chicago cemetery last Friday, followed to his last resting place by a large number of friends.
