Johann Adolf Schlegel was a German pastor and author.
Johann Adolph was born in 1721 in Meißen. He was the son of "Stiftssyndikus" Johann Friedrich Schlegel and Maria Rebecca, née Wilcke.[1] He was the brother of Johann Elias Schlegel (born 17 Jan 1719 in Meißen; died 13 Aug 1749 in Sorø, Denmark).[2]
