Biography

Thomas was born about 1801 in New York, United States.

He was the son of Charles Treat.

He married Mary M. Lawyer on 8 December 1842, in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois, United States.

He was a Private, Company "D" in the Mormon Battalion.
Private Thomas Treat served with the Iowa Volunteers during the Mexican-American War
