Biography
Carolyn R. Crosslin (May 25, 1940 - December 19, 2013)
Carolyn Ruth Crosslin, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Thursday, December 19th, 2013 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN at the age of 73. Mrs. Crosslin was born in Bridgeport, Alabama to the late John and Flossie Dawkins Allen. During her life, she worked for Kroger in customer service.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Clay Crosslin; one sister, Mable Jackson, three brothers, Glen Allen, John Allen Jr., and Woodrow Allen and one son-in-law, Donald Ray Bryant.
Mrs. Crosslin is survived by four daughters, Sonya Bryant, Vickie Kelley and her husband Greg, Michele Sells and her husband Tony, and Stacy Pross and her husband Chris all of Tullahoma; one sister, Geraldine Bean of Tullahoma; ten grandchildren, Joshua Ray Bryant, Amber Nicole Bryant, Lucus Southern, Louann Childress, Ashley Marie Beaulieu, Fallon Beaulieu, Trey Sells, Tyler Pross, Courtney Pross, and April Rose; and eleven great-grandchildren, Katelyn Michelle Lowe, Jimmy and Michael Painter, Khloe Childress, Jonathan and Alexis Southern, Caleb, Cody, and Isabella Robertson, and Makayla and Joe Childress Jr. and a special friend, Deanna Caldwell.
Visitation for Mrs. Crosslin will be held on Saturday, December 21st, 2013, at Kilgore Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd, 2013 at 2:00pm in the Kilgore Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim McGehee officiating.
Entombment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, donations may be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson Street, Nashville, TN 37203.
