Biography

Loring Richmond, son of Edward Richmond and Elizabeth Throop, was born on 19 December 1781[1] in Westport, Massachusetts[2]. He died 25 Jul 1859.

He married first, on 11 March 1804, Lydia Thomas, who died in 1829. They had the following children:

  1. Almira (1804)
  2. Shubel (1806)
  3. Clarissa (1808)
  4. Adaline (1810)
  5. Mahala (1812-1813)
  6. Thomas (1814-1814)
  7. Mahala (1815)
  8. Hannah (1818-1820)
  9. a daughter (1820-1820)
  10. Loring (1822)
  11. Hannah (1825-1826)[2].

He married, secondly, Sally, widow of Elisha Hall, on June 23, 1830[2]. Children:

  1. George (1820)
  2. Ira (1832)[3].

They resided in Camillus, Onondaga County, New York[3]. He died in 1858[2].[4]
