Biography

Harvey was the son of Joseph Burns and Rachel Burns. He passed away about 1959.

The date of Harvey's death puts his birth after Rachel A. Burns death. Additionally he is listed as Rachel's sibling Born February 2, 1846 Jasper Indiana and died December 28, 1916 Jasper Indiana spouse Josephine Burns (correction needs to be made to profile of James H. Burns.

Based on personal information, given to me by my mother, this individual was a child of Rachel A. Burns and Joseph I. Burns. Birth and Death dates need to be corrected.

Possible 1930 census data of Kentucky, lists a James H. 'Born' of Indiana.
