Sir Coplestone Bampfylde was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Biography

He was the son of Colonel Hugh Bamfylde and Mary Clifford.^[1]He was born circa 1690.^[1]He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on the 28th of January 1707.^[1][2]He married Gertrude Carew, daughter of Sir John Carew, 3rd Bt. and Mary Morice, in June 1716.^[2]He died on the 7th of October 1727.^[1][2]He was buried on the 14th of October 1727 at Poltimore, Devon, England.^[1][3]
