Muncie – Louise H. Satterlee, 101, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Westminster Village.
She was born in Moundsville, West Virginia on Aug 1, 1911, the daughter of Jacques R. and Anna (Slatick) Hille and moved to Muncie in 1942.
Louise worked at Warner Gear for twenty-five years and retired in 1963. She was a sixty year member of High Street United Methodist Church where she was involved with Methodist Women and the High Street Flower Mission.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph J. Satterlee; a brother, Robert Hille; a sister and brother in law, Marion and Charles Starbuck and her parents.
Services will be 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Tomlinson Cemetery.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday at the mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to High Street United Methodist Church, 219 South High Street, Muncie, Indiana 47305.
