William was born on 17 Oct 1796, son of William Deedes and Sophia Bridges.[1]
He lived in sandling Park, Kent, and was Member of Parliament for East Kent between 1845 and March 1857, and between Dec 1857 and 1862. He also at various times held the offices of Deputy Lieutenant and Justice of the Peace.[1]
He married Emily Octavia Taylor on 30 May 1833.[1] They were the parents of three sons and seven daughters, including :
