Biography

While many sites on the internet have her as the wife of John Freeman, mother of William, John Jr., and Henry, ^[1][2][3]another site indicates this to be incorrect^[4], and Mark Kendall removed the husband and children from this profile.

While many of the sites above indicate that they are based on Freeman Forbears: Being the History, Genealogy, Heraldy [sic Homes and Traditions of the Family of Freeman, and Related Families Originating in the Original Shires of James City and Charles River in Virginia], the book is silent on the wife and mother of these people. She has also been shown as the daughter of Sylvanus Stokes with no sources shown.
