I am trying to determine if this "Phinney" is one and the same as a Phebe Finney, born in 1762. I checked the listed source and, although the name appeared in the index, could not locate the reference listed as being on page 199. If anyone can provide additional information to match or rule out a match with Finney-2562 the information will be greatly appreciated.
