Biography
Belle was born in 1904. She is the daughter of Mark Ladd and Harriett Skidgell.
She married Thomas Charles Dewey on 16 May 1918 at Solon, Cumberland, Maine, USA and they had a child together. (not living with husband in 1920 census, living with her parents).
She has a son Donald Irving Dewey on 6 Oct 1921 in Maine, USA. In all subsequent census, his last name is Frasier.
She then married Leland Newton Welch on 19 Apr 1925 in Maine.
