From his Find a Grave entry, we find, "Suggested edit: Clarissa Requa, daughter of Samuel and Maria, never married. Therefore no husband should be listed for her. Actually John Buckout was married to a different Clara Requa, daughter of Elijah and Eustatia Requa."
