The entry in the baptism register for Shottesham All Saints on the page for 1743 reads thus:
Maria Susanna Daughter of James Bransby and Anna Maria his wife was born the 20th August 1737 and publickly baptized at Shottisham All Saints 11 June 1739
Omitted in the place
Elizabeth Bransby Daughter of the said James and Anna Maria was born on the 10th March 1742/3 and publickly baptized 8th September[1]
Elizabeth was still alive in 1761 as she was a witness at the marriage of her sister Maria to Samuel Cooper. She had died before her father wrote his Will of 1776, probated in 1782, as there is no mention of her or any husband or children of hers.
There is a burial of an "Elizabeth Browne, Widow" on 11 September 1775 at Shottesham All Saints [2], which may be her as in her sister Maria's Will, there is mention of a mourning ring for "our angelic Sister Browne"
