Lillian M. Hess, 83, of Gettysburg, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, at her home. She was the widow of Alvin Rehmeyer and Paul Thompson.

Born Feb. 22, 1932, in New Oxford, she was daughter of the late George E. and Marie (Stambaugh) Mummert.

Surviving are her three children: Wanda May and husband, David, Alan Rehmeyer and wife, Joan, and Kathy Hodges and husband, Arthur; a brother, Harry Mummert; a sister, Ruby Moyer; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Lillian was predeceased by four brothers: George A., Richard P., Merill A., and William L. Mummert and two sisters: Mary Santone and Marilyn Mummert.

Inurnment will be at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
