Helen R. Wagner, 81, of Beaver Springs, died at 7:00 a.m. Sunday, June 18, 1995, at Lewistown Hospital.

Born September 18, 1913, in Richfield, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Charlotte [Benner] Snyder.

Her husband, Carl L. Wagner, whom she married in 1929, died September 26, 1986.

Surviving are: children, Norma J. Edmiston, Lewistown, C. Roger Wagner, Sunbury; a sister, Alice Hackenberg, Beaver Springs; four grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; a great-great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Shillingsford and a brother, Wayne Snyder.

She was a member of Beaver Lutheran Church, Beaver Springs RR1.

Services were held at 10:30 am. Wednesday at Beaver Lutheran Church, Beaver Springs RR1, with Rev. Stanley D. Reep officiating. Interment was in Beaver Springs Cemetery.

Friends called from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Beavertown Chapel of Aurand Funeral Homes Inc., 316 W. Market Street, Beavertown, and from 9:30 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the church.
