Cora Isabel Moore was born on 27th January 1899 at Bunbury, Western Australia, Australia. She was the older daughter of Newton Moore and Isabella Lowrie.[1]
Having been Premier of Western Australia from 1906 to 1910, Cora's father (then Sir Newton Moore) was appointed Agent-General for Western Australia in London. Little did the family know that when they relocated to Great Britain in 1911 it was to become a permanent migration. He would command the Australian Imperial Forces based in the United Kingdom during the First World War and be elected to the House of Commons from 1918 to 1932.
Cora married Ian Bullen in 1919 at St George Hanover Square, London.[2]
She passed away in 1973 at Westminster, London.[3]
