Biography

  • Killed during WW II. He was a cook in the army. He died shortly before he was getting out. He was killed by a bomb. His older brother was very close to him. He was very upset when he joined because he woirred about him. Then was glade that he was a cook so figured he was pretty save. Unfortually that was not true. May have been married but no one remembers. His military draft records say that he was divorced with no dependints. This may have been a mistake. Gerald didn't get to go to school much had to work as a share cropper to help out his family and help his older brother watch his younger brothers. His mother left there family when they were young.
