Background

Felix Calvert was baptised on 7 September 1735 at Furneux Pelham, Hertfordshire.^[1] He was the son of Felix Calvert and Christian Nicolson.^[1]

He matriculated at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge in 1747.

He was a banker.^[2]

He married Elizabeth eldest daughter of Sir Robert Ladbroke on 21 July 1763.^[3]

Felix died by his own hand on 23 March 1802, aged 68.^[2]
